An Illustration for a now non-existent band Livewire which i had created back in the day. By back in the day I mean last year aha. Such a great fun handrawn/digital project.
The illustration was based off a Biro/fine-liner sketch and pumped up in the good ole photoshop. The use of this vibrant red against the turquoise background plays with they eyes of the viewer, immediately directing their eyes from center to the boundaries of the illustration. The subtle lines of sketch construction create this handmade feel, and create a more empathetic and worked atmosphere to the graphic.
I will upload some more colour styles which Had interested me the following couple of days.
